This year’s Formidable Female Conference, founded by Ambassador Judith Israel Shu’aibu, brought together a powerful assembly of women whose strength, vision, and voices continue to shape the continent’s future.
Held in Abuja, the gathering was centered on the theme “Resilience – The Women, The Power, The Future”, and created a sacred space for dialogue, reflection, and collaboration among women leaders, ministers, entrepreneurs, and creatives. The conversations were grounded in truth — that no nation can progress without the power and presence of women.
We at Noortribe were deeply honoured to take part in this defining moment. Our founder, Guia Martinotti, was invited to speak at the conference, where she shared Noortribe’s perspective on creativity as a form of leadership — and on how culture, sustainability, and storytelling remain central to how women express purpose and identity.

The conference featured powerful voices including Senator Nenadi Esther Usman, Ginika Tor, and Aisha Yesufu, whose insights reinforced the need for spaces that nurture women’s potential and amplify their leadership in all spheres of life.
